DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Triarsi Competizione has confirmed the lineup for their jump into GTD Pro racing for the 2026 IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship’s Michelin Endurance Cup schedule.

The Florida based team will be making their step up into the pro ranks with absolutely no shortage of talent behind the wheel of the No. 033 Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO as James Calado, Miguel Molina, Alessio Rovera and Riccardo Agostini will team up for the 2026 running of the race twice-around-the-clock.

All four drivers bring their own backgrounds and accomplishments from across the world of sportscar racing to the fold, creating a four headed Ferrari-backed monster of a lineup. A combined four World Endurance Championships, five 24 Hours of Le Mans victories and three European Le Mans Series championships just barely touch the surface of what the quartet has accomplished.

James Colado, a two-time WEC Hypercar World Champion, three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 2024 Rolex 24 GTD champion with Risi Competizione expressed his excitement about returning to the famed Rolex 24.

“Delighted to be returning to IMSA and the Rolex 24 with Triarsi Competizione. The new EVO is an absolute weapon, we have a proper lineup and we all have the same goal – we want that watch.”

Colado will be joined by Ferrari factory driver Miguel Molina, whose achievements include a WEC Hypercar World Championship as well as an overall Le Mans victory. Fellow Ferrari factory driver Alessio Rovera brings with him back-to-back European Le Mans Series LMGT3 championships, a WEC World Championship and a Le Mans win in his own right. Rounding out the quartet is Riccardo Agostini, a European Le Mans Series champion and winner of multiple Italian GT championships.

“This is the moment we’ve been building toward, and we couldn’t have asked for a stronger launch into GTD Pro,” team principal Onofrio Triarsi said. “Ferrari’s incredible support has made this possible, and being able to put this lineup together for our first Pro car is extraordinary. We have every reason to believe we can fight at the front from the very first lap at Daytona.”

The team is not a stranger to running two cars as they competed last season with the Nos. 021 and 023 throughout the IMSA campaign. However, this year will see a different look as they will compete in both splits of IMSA’s highly competitive GT racing categories for the 2026 campaign.

As it stands, the team has not confirmed a lineup for their No. 023 Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO, which will compete in the traditional GTD category. However, this year, it will see both of the Ferrari 296 GT3 EVOs take a step back as neither car will compete in the full IMSA Weathertech Championship season. Both will compete in the five-race Michelin Endurance Cup rounds, which includes the Rolex 24 at Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring, the Six Hours of the Glen, the new-for-2026 six-hour race at Road America and the season ending Petit Le Mans.

Triarsi’s GTD Pro effort will see them join the stacked 14 car (as it currently stands) grid for the 2026 Rolex 24, going toe-to-toe with the likes of Corvette, Porsche, Lamborghini and more.

They saw success in the GTD class last year as the No. 021 found victory in the GTD class at Road America in the hands of Kenton Koch and team principal Onofrio Triarsi, however they will be looking for a bit of redemption at Daytona following a drive-time penalty disqualification for the No. 021 with the No. 023 failing to see the checkered flag on Sunday afternoon.
